Children’s mental health continues to decline, so it is more important than ever that they are provided with a high quality and meaningful health curriculum to allow them to navigate their own wellbeing.
BlueJay Balanced Minds offers a simple solution!
An online platform providing a tool kit of techniques to empower young people to look after their mental health. Simple to deliver, with all sessions being either a video to play or an instruction to follow.
NEW FOR SEPTEMBER 2025!
The platform now also includes wellbeing activities for staff!
We are also building a library of resources for specific needs such as anger management and these will be made available to schools in the Balanced Minds family as well as the option for small group work or 1 to 1s for those learners who need a bit more support.

Learning to Love Yourself - through the use of childrens literature to promote engagement, the children learn the basics of emotions and ways to deal with them. We look at differences between people and why it is important to treat everyone equally. And we learn the importance of teamwork, finding your strengths and why it's better to work with others to make the greatest difference.
It's Great to Collaborate - focusses on the importance of embracing our differences and the positive impact of teamwork. The children work in pairs, small groups, large groups, and full classes as they work through also learning about their physical and mental health. This is all delivered in a way that is age appropriate to allow them to access useful tools for life whilst having lots of fun.
